Richard
Armstrong and his team work very hard to provide something
for everybody.
By delivering a combination of quality beer and drinks, food
for ‘everyone’ (as well as the extensive menu, there
are ‘specials’ nights plus themed evenings) and
hosting a mixture of events (quiz nights, live music, karaoke,
one-off events) – during the pub calendar (refreshed seasonally)
there will be multiple events to whet the appetite of both local
residents and visitors to the pub.
As
well as Richard providing a social hub for the village, Richard
also supports Barton Village – for example providing the
excellent Village Christmas Tree ever since he arrived in Barton.
In addition, Richard has donated funds raised at The Cottage
to the Barton Village Fund on occasions too many to mention.
