We trecked over to Pam's new pad in Stratford, drank copious amounts of wine, and did eventually talk about the book. The general consensus was that it was enjoyable, and we got all the imagery that the author rammed down our throats. Some found it quite uplifting, but none of us understood the end - floating out at sea on a table - what's that all about? |
